Our story began in spring 2020 with the declaration of an epidemic. Poland urgently needed domestic production of medical mask on a mass scale, thanks to which masks would be available to every Pole.

The beginnings of Polish production were associated with many difficulties, from finding suppliers of materials meeting the highest quality standards to qualified technicians able to calibrate machines and supervise production.

We opened the factory with a dozen or so fully automated production lines, which we modernized with time and then bought more machines. Currently we have 40 fully automated machines that work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Daily production is even 4 million disposable medical masks. We produce 3-ply masks with exceptionally high BFE filtering efficiency of 99%. The documentation confirming compliance with the European standard has been issued on the basis of multiple tests carried out by the Central Institute for Labour Protection – National Research Institute.

We have already supplied over 200 million disposable medical masks to the domestic market and abroad. The main recipients of our products are health care facilities, chain shops, among others LIDL, LOT Polish Airlines, Polish Mining Group, Polish Post Office, RUCH S.A. and over 600 wholesalers and companies operating in the EU.

We have cooperated with the Industrial Development Agency within the framework of the national mask sewing programme #PolskieSzwalnie and have donated our masks to charity where they were most needed: to Polish medical and educational institutions.
